Why should I choose you over a store or business rep?

We tailor all our services to the unique needs of your business.  We aren’t here to just sell phones; we support your business needs with a wide variety of services, from Exchange Hosting to our repair program.  We feel that having one person who knows your account history will benefit you better than an ever-revolving set of carrier store or business reps that you must start over with each time you have an issue.  We take the time to discover your needs so we can fit a device to your needs and not just sell you what is in stock or on sale that day.

Who do I call for customer service or technical issues?

We will give you our personal cell number, strive to return all voicemails promptly, and work around your schedule.  Your cellphone is the lifeblood of your business and we want to make sure that it is working optimally as much as possible.  T-Mobile and their fantastic customer service reps are always available to help you and you can always call them.  However, your personal sales rep will also be able to field your calls and find solutions for you quickly and easily because they know your account, history, and business.  So, call us first!

Do you help with smartphone office integration?

Absolutely!  If your user or IT department will give us the settings, we will make sure your user has his email account working and setup before we leave our appointment with them.  We will even aid in the transferring of data from phone to phone as well as setting up any custom apps they need.  We even offer hosted Exchange service and Office 365 to small businesses without an in-house IT department.

Do you sell accessories?

Yes, we offer many original (OEM) and aftermarket accessories to fit your device, protect your investment, and keep your employees safe and connected.  We are authorized resellers of all the top accessory brands.  Frequently we work with our business clients to find a standard package with a bundled price point so each phone gets what it needs right out of the box; saving you money and saving your employees from having to go shop on their own.

What is the warranty period?

Almost all items come with a 12-month warranty.  If your device or accessory goes bad, let us know and we will work to get it replaced as quickly as possible.

What do you do with my old equipment?

In most instances, we will get you a trade in credit for your old device.  If not, we will recycle your equipment and donate it to various charitable organizations.
